We are very happy to welcome different visitors to our group who will carry out different projects during the following months, within the HPCEuropa3 program. More specifically:
- Dr. Rhys Evans, Postdoctoral researcher from University College of London (UCL) that will be performing, together with Prof. Carolina Estarellas a project related to the estimation of absolute and relative binding free energies of AMPK enzyme
- Dr. Mattia Lo Piccolo, Postdoctoral researcher from University of Palermo that will be performing, together with Prof. F. Javier Luque an study of the influence of selective modulators in CPT1A and CPT1B enzymes
- Prof. Cristina Pubill, Lecturer Profesor from the University of Sussex that will be working in the study of different peptides thanks to molecular dynamics simulations
- Vinicius Bonatto, PhD student from University of São Paulo (USP), that will focus his efforts in the determination of absolute binding free energies of reversible covalent inhibitors of cathepsins
